Headed by the Bishop of Tucson, the Vocations Office for the Diocese of Tucson serves to promote and foster vocations within the Diocese by helping parishioners discern God's will for their specific Vocation in His Church, whether that be priesthood, religious life, or marriage.

There are currently six seminarians for the diocese.

Seminarians for the diocese attend one of four seminaries depending on their education level. St. Mary of the Lake/Mundelein Seminary in Mundelein, Illinois; St. John's Seminary in Camarillo, California; Mt. Angel Seminary in St. Benedict, Oregon; or Sacred Heart Seminary and School of Theology in Hales Corners, Wisconsin.
