There are jobs - and then there is a calling. At the Roman Catholic Diocese of Tucson, we understand the desire for something more. We believe that calling comes from God and manifests as our desire to do His will on earth and in our community. Our mission is simple: get to Heaven and bring as many people along as possible.
We each have different God-given talents and strengths. What better way to glorify God than to use those gifts in supporting His Church? We are ministers, educators, creators, and servant leaders. It takes many types of people to accomplish the work of the Diocese of Tucson.
We employ over 1,500 individuals in the nine counties of Southern Arizona, in service of 400,000 Catholics and counting.
