One of the primary management tools of the Parish Board of Directors is the Parish Budget. The Parish Budget defines, for the Pastor/President/“CEO” of the Parish Corporation, the authority to expend parish and school resources in his operation of the parish and school. The Parish Board of Directors should approve the new annual budget no later than June 30th of every year. The proposed budget is developed by the pastor, business manager and the finance council. It is then presented to the Board of Directors for approval annually at a regular meeting.

You can now schedule your budget board meeting electronically using the fillable form and calendar below.  This does not replace the Notice of Meeting document requirement, but allows you to schedule farther in advance.  

You can also schedule using the Notice of Meeting document, notice directly via email to corpmatters@diocesetucson.org, or by calling Corporate Matters at (520) 838-2528.

  1. Check the calendar to see if your proposed date/time is available.
  2. If the date/time is available (the area is blank) please complete the form to generate a meeting request.
  3. You will receive a response from Corporate Matters to confirm your budget meeting.
  4. Prepare the Notice of Meeting 14 days in advance of the meeting and route to 5 board members.
