Welcome to the Diocese of Tucson’s
The mission of the Catholic Schools in the Diocese of Tucson is to foster the growth of the whole person in which faith, academic excellence, and service are integral to the life of every student.
The Diocese of Tucson has 25 Catholic schools - 19 elementary and six high schools - located across its boundaries. The schools are located in Tucson, Sierra Vista, Douglas, Casa Grande, San Carlos, Nogales and Yuma.
Our schools are fully accredited by WCEA http://www.westwcea.org/ , and hold membership in the National Catholic Education Association http://www.ncea.org/ . The schools are safe, enclosed campuses where a spirit of community, service and respect are actively promoted among staff and students.
The Diocese of Tucson Catholic schools continue the tradition of emphasizing strong academics. This is supported by quality teaching and a rigorous curriculum, including state of the art technology assisted learning. We also offer physical education classes, and the arts.
Committed to the mission of fostering growth of the whole person in which faith, academic excellence, and service are integral to the life of every student, the Catholic schools in the Diocese of Tucson are places where students acquire the skills to be life-long learners, and discover their talents and gifts to answer God’s call to serve, lead and succeed.
